Condo Del Sol Naciente is ideal for tropical, open air living, with cooling breezes coming through the eight sliding glass doors facing the Caribbean. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining room, living room and 28 foot balcony. This living area is spacious and airy, with glimpses of the sea from beyond the outdoor terrace.

The furnishings are custom hand crafted and carved of mahogany and tropical hardwoods. Casual island style bamboo and teak pieces are mixed in. The balcony is furnished with a teak breakfast table and chairs, lounge chairs and a rope hammock. The living room has an amazing 8 foot ceiling fan with mahogany banana leaf blades and an entertainment center with 50″ SMART TV and Home Theater system. The dining room features a large antique crystal chandelier and comfortable leather club chairs perfect for relaxing after meals.

The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and brilliantly colored Talavera tile counter tops and walls. The kitchen is also well equipped with microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and blender. For keeping an eye on the chef at work, there is a large kitchen counter with seating facing the kitchen. Hanging sea shell lighting made by local artisans illuminate the kitchen counter.

The condo has three bedrooms with each bedroom featuring a private Talavera tiled bathroom. Two bathrooms have walk in showers and the guest room has a tiled tub with shower. The bedroom furniture is also hand crafted with top quality pillow top mattress. Each bedroom has a large tropical ceiling fan.

The utility room has a washer/dryer, folding beach chairs, beach umbrella and coolers for beverages and snacks. There is also a combination safe to secure your valuables.

Natz Ti Ha is a gated complex, with 24 hour security and a full-time maintenance/gardens staff. The property has a beautifully tiled, large swimming pool, walkways with lush tropical landscaping, running streams and waterfalls. There is off street parking, although you do not need a car to get around Playa.  Maid service is available (optional).
